    1.1 Abysmal

As good as "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." was, this show was it's bizzarro universe polar opposite.
Noel Harrison was awful (the original Mark Slade was the great Norman Fell) and Stephanie Powers was cute & engaging, the whole spy thing had worn pretty hide « show »

To sum it up. Too much of the same old thing.
While the original episode "The Moonglow Affair" with Mary Ann Mobley, as the young April Dancer & Norman Fell, as the too old to be a field agent Mark Slade was amusing is still fun to watch today, the series as a whole is uninspired.
Even the most famous episode (#3 "The Mother Muffin Affair") a crossover with Napoleon Solo & April Dancer against the great Boris Karloff in drag (as Mother Muffin)is beyond eyerolling laughable, even back in 1966.
Lets hope for histories sake, they left these on the shelf.

    5.8 Mediocre

Spin out. hide « show »

Stefanie Powers starred in this spin-off of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Would you like to know what U.N.C.L.E stands for? Go look it up yourself. Stefanie played April Dancer (yes, that was her name), a hottie secret agent who, along with her English partner Mark Slate, traveled the world fighting bad guys. The great character actor, Leo G. Carroll, played Mr. Waverly, just like he did on the other show. He always looked drunk to me. Probably a result of having to read bad scripts from two shows during the same season. The only reason I ever watched The Girl From U.N.C.L.E was Stefanie Powers-what a knockout!
