- The show makers seem to be big fans of Theresa Russell. Not only do they say that the thinly disguised "Reesa Tussel" is "only the most incredible actress of her generation", but they hire the real Theresa Russell to play her. Henry also refers enthusiastically to Ressa's performance in White Widow, Theresa played the title character in Black Widow. edit »

- Movie Posters
The episode movies I Know Who You Are and I Saw What You Did Last Winter and I Yet Again Know Who You Are and I Saw What You Did Last Winter IV (and "V") -- complete with movie poster -- refer to the successful movie franchise begun by I Know What You Did Last Summer.
Later in the episode, "Todd Charleston," the movie producer, is revealed to also be creator of Dunbar's Lake (a thinly-veiled Dawson's Creek). "Todd Charleston" is then a reference to Kevin Williamson, creator of Dawson's Creek and writer of I Know What You Did Last Summer. edit » - Rap Music Video
Contains a couple of allusions - the rapper name, "Poopy Dog Pud" is a riff on "Snoop Doggy Dog", and the director name, "A. Smithee" is a reference to the mythical "worst director ever", a pseudonym used by directors who want to take their name off a picture. edit »
