Based on Book #28 (edit) This episode was adapted into Goosebumps Presents Book #2. (edit) This episode, along with The Girl Who Cried Monster, on their original premieres, had a special opening theme in which there was ten-second remix when R.L. Stine is walking through the grass with the briefcase. When the G passes the dog, that part of the music is played with a different instrument. There were also different scenes from the show when the door opened. (edit)

(Michael is now six years old but doesn’t realize it yet)
Mrs. Webster: What is it sweetie? Are you having bad dreams? Oh I know what it is, your just excited because it’s your birthday tomorrow!
(Mrs. Webster looks at the clock which says 12:01 AM)
Mrs. Webster: Oh, actually it is tomorrow already! Happy birthday Mikey! My big boy is six years old!
Michael at Six: Six?!
(Michael runs to the mirror and see‘s that he is six)
Michael at Six: Ahhh!!!
(Mr. Webster walks in with a full head of hair, unlike when Michael was twelve)
Michael at Six: Hair!
(edit) Tara: Gotcha! (throws a fake dinosaur head at Michael)
Tara: Ha ha ha, what a krej! (pronounced "credge")
(Tara turns to her friends)
Tara: Told ya he was a krej.
(Tara turns back to Michael)
Tara: That's jerk spelled backwards you krej!
Michael: What's your problem Tara? What have I ever done to you?
(Tara squirts ketchup from a bottle at Michael)
Tara: Ha ha! (edit) (As Michael opens his present, which is a CD)
Josh: (Sarcastically) Gosh, Henry, I wonder if it's a CD.
Henry: (Sarcastically) No, Josh, it's a football! (Both chuckle, Michael sees it's a CD)
Michael:Awesome. Thanks, Mona. I don't have this one.
Tara: 'Course not! You said it was lame and you threw it out, but now he'll probably like it...now that he's in love!
(Everyone laughs except Michael,and Mona blushes) (edit)

The second time Michael goes through his birthday, his mom asks him to help her with his cake. When he goes to her, you see they're outside, but the first time of Michael's birthday, they were inside. (edit) In the scene where Michael is dreaming, he opens the door to the room the Cuckoo clock is in and begins to scream. But we hear the scream a split second before his mouth opens. (edit) The first time when Michael's dad tells Tara not to touch the clock, you see she has bangs on her forehead, but when she turns around to stick her tongue out at Michael, her bangs are gone. (edit) When it shows the episode name, you see that they put it in white. However, the rest of the episodes' names are in green. (edit)

When Michael looks in the mirror at age 6, his scream and facial expression is exactly the same as Macauly Culkin's scream in the Home Alone movies. (edit)
