Oliver is invited to New York to be the guest speaker at a Harvard alumni banquet but he arrives with an unexpected stowaway. Meanwhile, the Ziffels fear that they'll lose Arnold to Mr. Haney, who's trying to take the pig in lieu of a debt that he claims the Ziffels owe him.

A box outside Haney's antique shop is from the "OK Oil Co" of Tulsa, Oklahoma. That is the company who bought Jed Clampett's swamp before he moved to Beverly Hills. An inside joke as both shows are from Paul Henning.

Haney: They didn't come off when Whistler's Mother stood up! (edit) (the Ziffels discuss their son, Arnold)
Fred: He's got good manners and he's clean.
Doris: (tearfully) He's such a comfort to us. (edit) Oliver:(talking to Mr. Smead on the phone) Arnold turn off that TV! Arnold loves to turn on the TV. Yes, he's a pig. Who's stoned?!? If you feel that way about it, we'll bring him along with me. (edit)
