Walter: (recognizing Sam as a former bar customer) Gladys sends her love.
Oliver: Gladys?
Walter: She was a cocktail waitress. She had a thing for Sam.
Oliver: Oh?
Sam:(stammering) Uh, uh--it was nothing. What can I do for you, Mr. Douglas?
Walter: She named the baby George.
Oliver: What? (edit)
Walter: (to Oliver) Would you like to try a Stankwell Falls Fizz, sir?
Oliver: What's that?
Walter: Two parts apple jack, two parts vermouth, a jigger of maple syrup and a prune. (edit)
Oliver: (reading Eb's note) The girl and I have been fairly good friends for years. I can't tell you her name because I don't want her father to know.
Lisa: That's strange. You'd think her father would know her name. (edit)
Oliver:(catching Walter in the process of weeding the crops) You knucklehead! You pulled up the corn! (pointing) These are the weeds!
Albert: You sure? They look a lot healtier than this junk. (edit)
Walter: (to Oliver, upon seeing the Douglas house) Say, it sure is a shame about your house. What did it? A flood or tornado? (edit)
