History Lesson
In 1988, Will Jefferies attempted to kill Josh by pushing him off a bridge into freezing water. Reva, who saw Josh fall, jumped in after him and saved him. However, Reva lapsed into a coma. Nearly losing Reva made Alan realize how much he loved her, so he brought in a minister to marry them. The next day Reva woke, believing she had married Josh, and soon the marriage was annulled.
