Heather: (on dating Jack Wagner) It's incredible. It's wonderful, and exciting, and blossoming...It's insane! I deserve it.
(edit)
Heather: (about her ex-husband) I love Richie, and nothing's going to stop that. There are certainly rough spots. We try our best. We're human. I think for kids, you just have to show that the main thing is that Mommy and Daddy's breakup is between the two of them. Also, [during our marriage], we had a great time. Can't take that away! And he's so close, he's almost living in my backyard.
(edit)
Heather: I love red meat. I try not to eat too much, especially for my daughter--she eats fruits and vegetables, which I wasn't big on as a kid. But I never feel guilty about food. I love half-melted vanilla ice cream doused in chocolate syrup. So good!
(edit)
Heather: (on her work-out tactics during her split from Richie Sambora) I did boxing and I’d swing a bat because it gets out all the aggression...I fall into not eating in times of stress, but now I’m pretty much back to normal.
(edit)
Heather: (asked who her acting idols were when she started acting) I've always thought Goldie Hawn is fabulous. She's probably one of my greatest inspirations.

Heather: The older you get, the farther from the camera you need to be.
(edit)
Heather: People confess to make themselves feel better. It's not for the other person.
(edit)
Heather: Sex appeal is not on purpose.
(edit)
Heather: I don't want people to remember me for something I did in the past. I want them to be aware of the things I'm currently doing. That's how I want my career to be. I certainly won't buy the DVDs of my old TV series.
