    Magpies Rule ! hide « show »

Heckle and Jeckle the magpie duo can be summed up in one word: Unpredictable ! These two go around looking for avenues to get something for nothing and when it comes to making a fast buck or getting a free lunch, they will stoop (swoop?) to nothing. They will lie, cheat, and bluff their way to getting what they want (hey, after all they are magpies). In every episode, they go around blaming the whole world for their pitiful existance and looking for freebies. Once they are able to find a suitable target (or shall we say sucker?) they come up with the most outrageous of plans to achieve their goals, no holds barred. I recall one episode in which both of them get kicked out of a restaurant because they tried to use a fake dollar bill to pay for the food. As they pick themselves up from the street, Heckle asks,"What was wrong with the bill I made? I was awake all night drawing it !" Replies Jeckle,"Nothing at all ! I liked it, especially since you put my picture on the bill." Hilarious and outrageous !!!
