  • This is a GREAT episode. The chemistry between the regular cast is fresh and interesting, and Jack Benny is in the top of his form. Jackie Gleason's cameo tops an already classic episode. Both Lucie and Desi Jr. add much to this episode, and they both look great in their bathing suits! Of course, Jack Benny's bathing suit is priceless. This episode is featured on the "Here's Lucy" DVD 4 disc set. edit »
  • These early HERE"S LUCY episodes are written by many of the writers from the LUCY SHOW. Several, including Milt Josefsberg, Bob Weiskopf, and Bob Schiller will soon focus their attention as part of the writing team for ALL IN THE FAMILY. Lucille Ball will, into Season #3, reunite with two of her old I Love Lucy scribes, Madelyn Davis and Bob Carroll, Jr. edit »
