Elle: I accidentally set my grandmothers house on fire when I was six. I caused a blackout in four counties in Ohio when I was eight. I spent my ninth birthday in a glass room with an IV of Lithium in my arm. I've lived in this building for sixteen years, ever since the shrink’s diagnosed me as a sociopath with paranoid delusions, but they were just out to get me because I threatened to kill them. I'm 24 years old and I've never gone on a date, never been on a roller coaster, never been swimming. And now you know everything there is to know about me. I don't have the luxury of being more interesting than that.

Bob: As long as your abilities are in control of you, you will always be a hazard; to yourself, to your family…
Elle: To the whole world.
Peter: Believe me, if I could turn them off, I would.
Elle: Don’t worry; we’ve done that for you. (edit) Niki: No, I’m finished with Jessica!
Bob: How do you know a new personality won’t emerge? I can get you all the help you need; the best care in the world.
Niki: Uh-huh. What’s the catch?
Bob: The catch is, you have to leave your family and enter the program. (edit) Micah: We could be like the Fantastic Four. Minus one, but still…
D.L.: Micah, I wanna be a hero to you, and I think I finally found a way to do that. I think I got a job. A good job!
Micah: Doing what?
D.L.: Something that’s gonna make you proud of me, I promise. (edit) Adam: (to Peter) Lemme guess, you were living a perfectly ordinary life until one day you discovered you could do incredible things. Bet it was wonderful at first, y’know, thought perhaps you could save the world. And then you realized, tragically, that you were dangerous. Why don’t you talk to me after a decade? Actually, talk to me after three. (edit)

This season, Nathan Petrelli has longer hair and Peter's is shorter. With the flashback sequence in which Nathan carries Peter skyward (following from season 1's How to Stop an Exploding Man when their hair lengths were opposite), it's easy to tell that Adrian Pasdar has a slickback hairstyle to make it look shorter from last season and Milo Ventimiglia is wearing a wig to make his look longer.
(edit)
Goof: Based on the events in the Season One episode "Company Man", the Haitian turned against The Company and went rogue. Furthermore, The Company didn't know where the Haitian was after he left Texas with Claire. So, why was he working with The Company to capture Peter and suppress his powers the night of the explosion? Furthermore, why was the Hatian working with Elle several weeks later to capture Peter and Adam when they escaped?
(edit)
Goof: How does Peter still have his clothes after exploding and regenerating? Though his body could regenerate, the clothes would have been blasted off him upon exploding even if they didn't disintegrate.
(edit)
The last flashback occurs three weeks prior to the present, and shows Nathan freshly recovered with the help of Adam's healing blood. Three weeks doesn't seem like nearly enough time for him to grow the amount of facial hair that he has when we first see him in Episode 1 of Season 2.
(edit)
When Maya starts to produce black tears, the amount of them varies between shots.
(edit)
Micah: We could be like the Fantastic Four. Minus one, but still…
