  Hope is running for President of the Neighborhood Association, and asks Faith to be her manager. During a party that she has at her house, Faith insults one of the guest, and he ends up running himself. During a debate that Faith calls, he shows her a tape of her to blackmail her. And if Hope doesn't drop out, he'll show it to everyone. Hope tells Faith that she will drop out. When they go to his house to tell him, nobody's there, so they decide to find the tape so Hope won't have to drop out. But his wife returns home, so they hide in the coat closet, where Hope calls Charley. He comes over to distract her, because she has a big crush on him. They keep tryig to sneak out, but always find an obstacle. When his wife tells Charley that they brought illegal things to the United States, Hope and Faith use that as blackmail, and he drops out. meanwhile, Charley tries to find a responsible guy to date, and when he meets him, Charley won't leave him alone. Sydney is clearly not intersted, so he asks her how to break up with her father. They end up liking eachother, and start making out. Charley walks in, and is furious. Later he lets Sydney and him have a date in the living room... while Charley sits in between them.
