Ava and Chloe run a real estate agency with their assistant, Lola. In this pilot episode they meet virginal Emerson who is searching for an apartment until she learns that her fiancé has a history with both Ana and Chloe. hide show

This series, lightly regarded by critics, is reminiscent of Designing Women, without the Magnolias. With a omage to Oprah, most of the action occurs in the agency office as the four women exchange wisecracks and insight equally.

While short on plot the snappy dialogue makes it worth watching just for the laughs.

Not bad... not bad at all. hide show

I actually thought that this show was going to be a "Sex in the City" rip-off, and that all the aspects of SITC would be the same. And I must say... I had been proven wrong and was pleasantly surprised. I actually laughed a lot watching this pilot.

Now, don't get me wrong... it still is not the best sitcom around, but it did have it fair share of good jokes and comic situations. Especially, the combination of the older one, the desperate one, the sexy one and the clueless one is cleverly found. I just hope it won't grow tired or that the writers will go for all the obvious jokes.

So, I'm willing to give it a try. And having four extremely "hot" women to look at while watching this show... it does help.. ;-)

This was a great was to start off a series. hide show

This was a great was to start off a new series, and this show seems very promising. The show is about female real estate agents in New York. There's the Ava- smart one, Lola- the recently divorced and her husband was gay,and Chloe- the Easy one. In the pilot episode the girls were showing a house to their new rice client Emerson-she is a virgin and she thinks that her fiance is one too, but both Chloe and Ava have slept with him. The episode was really funny and I think that the show will have a lot of success. This show is outrageous like Sex and the City, and it was hilarious. Making of a great show.

Ava: You´re a plastic surgeon!! Don´t you have babes down the hall to hit on?
Charlie: Yes, but my patients frown on my dating ´em. Well, with all the botox they don´t actually frown... but there´s a telling glare. []
