Everyone is invited over to Lola's house to celebrate El Dia de Compasion, a traditional holiday from her country. Everyone is supposed to forgive each other for what they've done to irritate each other over the past year, but when their character flaws are pointed out by others they all try to prove that they're not true.
Hot Properties centers around four women who work for Hot Properties, a high-end Manhattan real estate firm. Ava Summerlin, the oldest of the women, runs the firm. She's married to a much-younger man, which makes her feel old and at times causes some problems in their marriage. Lola Hernandez… More has recently divorced her husband of ten years after finding out he's gay Lola is often scared to start dating again because she fears her "gay-dar" skills are severely lacking. Chloe Reid seems to have a lot of trouble with men, never finding a guy who truly cares for her. The newest employee of Hot Properties, the young and rich Emerson Ives, was originally a client of Hot Properties. She seems to run into a lot of trouble with her fiancé and often seeks advice from the other girls at the office. Rounding out the cast is the divorced therapist Dr. Sellers Boyd, the sexy dermatologist Dr. Charlie Thorpe, and the floor's sarcastic receptionist Mary. Though everyone at the office may be at different stages in their lives, they all work together well and are there for each other when it really matters.

this show was all t&a, and t&a at it's very worst. the only decent looking one was lola, and she was b****y as can be! i really never watched the show, i saw maybe 3/4 of one episode out of the 9 they've aired so far. but the show just stunk from the beginning. it was supposed to be about real… More estate, but instead love misadventures were most of the plotlines, and they sucked. i'm glad this show is gone!
Is how Jake In Progress (another ABC show that has extremely low ratings) got a 2nd Season, & Hot Properties is getting great reviews from loads of people & it's getting cancelled, that's bull!!!!!!!!

The show was hilarious they shouldn't have cut it off. We need a good t.v. show I'm tired of sex and the city reruns we need something new to fall in love with lol. I really don't watch any night time shows anymore I always watched Will & Grace, Sex and the city, and Charmed but now they're all gone. I'm tired of reruns lol. ABC should definitely bring this show back. My favorite episode was when Lola was drunk and was mad cuz her psychiatrist wouldn't have sex with her it was tooooo funny. I watched every episode faithfully until they cancled it, I was very disappointed !!!! The characters definitely complimented each other and the cast was great, I really don't see why it was cancled. Well I guess we can get a dvd of the old episodes so we can still enjoy them lol

Hot Properties was such a funny show. I was very sad when this show got cancelled. The cast was hilarous, the episodes got better every week, and I loved the friendship among the ladies. Good friends. Beautiful to see. I especally liked seeing Gail O'Grady. She's such a sexy cougar. I liked seeing her and Scott's relationship and how much he loved her. Some people hated this show because it was simliar to Sex And The City. But this was very different as it was shot in front of a studio audiance which you see a lot on network sitcoms. Plus because it on ABC it couldn't be too blunt. Bottom line, it was a great show and because of their bad timeslot on Friday night, they got slammed an early death.

Bring it Back!!!!!! Seriously I think if it was given a chance it would have been great. I dont understand why they cut a show off so early - it hasn't even had the chance for everyone to actually watch it!

The funkiest "real estate" setup you've ever seen, but the characters and storyline is funny, light-hearted and is great to curl up on the couch each week with to watch.

I really enjoyed the different characters blending together in many funny and relatable scenarios and looked forward to upcoming seasons - if they had let it get that far. Very disappointed that they cancelled it! Should definately bring this one back and give it another chance especially for the ones who actually started to get into it...

Hot Properties is about four ladies: Ava, Lola, Chloe, & Emerson. They are at all different stages in their lives and when they are not catering to high-end clients, they have to work with their own problems. This show is so funny and why ABC cancelled this show, I don't know. I can see this show being played on ABC Family, but if ABC dropped it, I don't think ABC Family will pick it up! Ha ha ha. Anyways, this show was very funny and ABC, BRING IT BACK!

It was a great show for a Friday night to sit in and laugh! Chloe was hysterical, but you could not help but feel sorry for her! Plus, Lola! Where in the world do they make women's body's like that? Goodness gracious! Please bring back this show! NBC always take the good ones off! The thing that also makes me mad is that it just disappeared and one had no idea what happened to the show!
