  • During his last session of clinic duty, House places the cat, fire truck, fire fighter and police man on the table. Why would all these toys still be in the clinic? Wouldn't the teenager have taken then home with him? edit »
  • During clinic duty, House tells the teenager that "he better clean it (the toy) before he allows his brother to play with it again." But in the next shot where he's placing it on the table, it's clean. edit »
  • At the end of the episode when House walks into the conference room where his team is, he stands in front of the whiteboard which is covered in writing from the previous patient. The camera then changes to Wilson in the hallway who's looking inside and then back to House who has made no movement. House then begins to speak to his team and all the writing on the whiteboard has been erased. edit »
  • Music: The song that plays when House and Wilson are driving in House's new car is "Crazy World" by Daniel Moynahan. edit »
  • The basketball game that Joey Smith was watching at the begining of the episode was a recording of a game between Oregon State and Arizona. However the play-by-play did not match the real-life game. edit »
  • The game House has for his Nintendo D.S. is Metroid Prime: Hunters, but again, the sound effects are wrong. edit »
  • (cruising in the '65 Corvette)
Dr. Wilson: Seriously man, have you ever actually driven an automobile before? There are four gears, you know.
House: The '66 came with a shut-up button. edit »
  • Dr. Wilson: You can't keep it (the Corvette). It's graft.
House: No, no, no, no! Graft is if I tell them I'll only make him better if he slips me a couple of bucks or pay-off for something I'm not supposed to do. If I'd asked for the payoff, which I didn't. I would have done the bad thing anyway. So, there's nothing wrong with this.
    Dr. Wilson: Right.
House: Damn! '65 perfectly restored. What do you think a guy like Joey would do if someone turned down a gift? That's kind of an insult, isn't it?
Dr. Wilson: He might hurt you. It's definitely possible.
House: I'm screwed. Gotta take the car. edit »
  • House: Somebody told Vogler that I lied to the transplant committee.
Dr. Foreman: You think I did?
House: You're too careful. You wouldn't jump ship unless you knew what was in the water.
Dr. Foreman: Stop, you're embarrassing me. edit »
  • House: So, just Joey? I was hoping for a nickname. Joey Mango, Joey the Wrench. edit »
  • Bill: (looking at a pig in the clinic) This is a procedure that you guys do a lot?
Chase: Oh, yeah. We have a whole barnyard down in the basement. edit »
  • Dr. Foreman: You thought he was being poisioned by Hemlock? Dr. Euripides tell you to check the guy?
In Ancient Greece, Hemlock was a a famous poison plant used to poison condemned prisoners. The Greek philosopher Socrates, died by Hemlock poisoning. The playwriter, Euripides, grew up around Socrates and most likley knew about Hemlock poisoning resulting in the death of Socrates. edit »
  • House: But unless I've been named as the fourth part of the Axis of Evil...
Refers to a term used by U.S. President George W. Bush in his State of the Union Address on January 29, 2002 to describe countries that sponsor terrorism: Iraq, Iran, and North Korea. edit »
  • House: Our friend 'Babe' helped with that one...
Referencing the famous pig from the movie of the same name. edit »
