When it comes to generating excitement from kids nationwide, the Incredible Crash Dummies are no dummies. What started out as a widely seen public service announcement for safe driving in the early 1990's called, "You Can Learn A Lot From A Dummy". The Incredible Crash Dummies became a $130 million worldwide brand. This evergreen property has reinvented itself with second generation characters and fast-paced, tongue-in-cheek short animated stories, or interstitials, that are televised on Saturday mornings on 4Kids Entertainment's 4Kids TV. Look for initial lines of toys, apparel, accessories, stationery, bags and backpacks to begin rolling out in 2004 and throughout 2005.

Character Guide

Crash - Crash is the blue Dummy is the chief of all the other Dummies. Crash does not have a lot of respect for the other Dummies and tends to be very cocky. Crash thinks he knows everything, he usually does. He loves finding out answers for safety questions by experience, often getting his cars and himself sent to the junkyard. Crash's crash effect is his break-apart body.

Splice - Splice is the red Dummy, is a master mechanic who can fix anything, except for the antics of the other Dummies. Splice is very nice and helps all of the Dummies he can. He takes his engineering skills to the extreme so he can test the cars he builds and fixes to the extreme. Splice's crash effect is a body that breaks down the middle, ejecting his head.

Crunch - Crunch is the yellow Dummy who is fearless, though somewhat crazy, crasher who loves to take his tests to the extreme. Crunch is crazy and will do anything to hit the wall with a big impact from a gigantic, brick wall. He is famous in the test center for his record-breaking crashes and lack of sense. Crunch's crash effect is a retractable head.

Gyro - Gyro is the white Dummy, who is a dashing, daring, debonair gentleman who leaves no prank unpulled. To Gyro, his work as a Crash Dummy is a joke. Though he seems cowardly, freaking out before a collision, he's really the most heroic of the dummies, making the others look like ballet students in comparison. Gyro's crash effect is a rotary device that spins his head and hips.
