Welcome to the Is Harry on the Boat? Guide on TV.Com. Is Harry on the Boat is the short lived Mature British TV series, based on the Colin Butts novel and was developed and produced for Sky TV. "Is Harry on the Boat?" was a mix of fast-paced drama, comedy and sex. This is an adult program. It was set in Europe's party capital of Ibiza and focused on the adventures of a group of holiday reps catering for an 18-30's market.
