The name of the episode is an allusion to the 2004 Academy award winning movie, Million Dollar Baby. There are several other references to the movie in the episode, such as in the final scene, where Frank cheap shots his rival in a boxing ring, which then causes a girl to fall and break her neck on a stool. edit »
