Desert SonEpisode Number: 4 Season Num: 1 First Aired: Saturday October 7, 1995 Prod Code: 0104 |
During a maneuver, transposed digits lead to a fatal bombing of our own men. This causes several seriously wounded and eventually one dead soldier. Lt. Rabb and Lt. Austin are assigned to investigate this case because the responsible man is no one else than Jay Williams, the son of Gen. Williams. But it seems the case is clear since Jay confesses that this mistake was his fault.

Meg: I'll have to plead article five of the officer's code of conduct, sir.
Harm: Name, rank, serial number, and date of birth?
Meg: It's the closest thing to an "I can't tell you how I'm gonna do it" article, sir. (edit) Gen. Butler: I know I spoke; my lips were moving. (edit) Cpt Reed: What is your intention, Lieutenant?
Harm: Find the truth.
Cpt Reed: Well, that seems self evident. But, then again, I don't have a law degree.
Meg: Sounds like you'd rather have a case of rabies, sir. (edit)

Goof: After passing the coordinates, we hear Williams say, "Do you copy?" The reply he gets is, "Negative." At that point Williams should have re-sent the coordinates, as the coordinates were either not received or not understood.
