Harm mentions working with Bobbi Latham's staff to investigate allegations that sarin gas was used on American troops during the Gulf War (it turned out to be a fabricated ZNN report). This happened in the episode "Mr. Rabb Goes To Washington."
(edit)
Harm mentions his former RIO, Elizabeth "Skates" Hawkes. Mac and Harm describe how Harm saved Skates' life, defended her when she was wrongly accused, and was saved from hypothermia by her after they both got dumped in the ocean. These events happened during the episodes "Crossing The Line," "Mishap," and "Adrift," respectively.
(edit)
This episode marked JAG's 150th episode.
(edit)
The hull number for the USS Seahawk, CVN-65, actually belongs in real-life to the USS Enterprise. Launched in September, 1960 & commissioned on 25 November, 1961 it was the worlds first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. This is the 8th Navy ship commissioned as the "Enterprise".
(edit)
P.O. Tiner is promoted to the rank: Petty Officer 1st Class

Lt. Jorgenson (to Harm): Things HAPPEN when you're around.
(edit)
Harriet: It's a new assignment, it's not hard time at Leavenworth.
Bud: Yeah, well, it feels like it. (edit) Harm: You know what this means?
Mac: A long flight with a sudden stop that jars the brain?
Harm: Yeah, but then we'll be back on a carrier at war.
Mac: With the 24-hour roar of jets, the wham of the catapult, and the constant stink of exhaust from aviation fuel.
Harm: Yeah, I love it. (edit) Harm (about his service record): There are some things in there that need explaining, sir.
Captain Johnson: You have a gift for understatement. (edit) (Harm is on the flight deck when Mac approaches)
Harm: How'd you know I was here?
Mac: Where else would you be on a carrier during ops?
Harm: In the front seat of an F-14? (edit)
