Jason and his wife, Naomi, were in the audience a few times in Season 4 of Dancing With the Stars, along with Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling, to support their former Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Ian Ziering.
(edit)
On July 7, 2007, Jason went on David Letterman and announed he had obtained an American citizenship.
(edit)
On July 2, 2007, Jason and his wife Naomi became the parents of their first child together, a daughter named Ava, weighing in at 7 lbs, 4 oz.
(edit)
In 1997, Jason dated Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. In 1995-1996 Jason dated Christine Elise.
(edit)
Jason's twin sister is actress Justine Priestley, who he tried to get to audition for the role of Brenda Walsh on Beverly Hills 90210. Ironically she ended up guest starring in a couple of episodes on the spin-off show Melrose Place.
(edit)
Jason: I think the moral majority and religious right have been shrinking and having not quite as loud a voice in America, and all of a sudden people are coming to their own realizations going, 'Joe down the street is gay and he's a great guy.'
(edit)
Jason: I think it's great now that we seem to be in an era where it's OK to be gay and I think that the society in North America has had more of a problem with it than any other society.
(edit)
Jason: One of the fun things about being an actor is stepping outside yourself and outside of your own experience. It's challenging yourself to totally commit to something that in your core is so wrong. That's part of the challenge, but it's also part of the fun because you really get to step outside of your comfort zone and do something that's fucked up. It's kind of fun.
(edit)
Jason: What scares me? Nothing scares me, because I used to think I was indestructible. Now I know I'm indestructible, not to mention my spine is indestructible. It's all titanium.
(edit)
Jason: Never categorize yourself, society does that to you, don't do it to yourself.
