Jeff Phillips: Biography

In 1991 Jeff Phillips originated the role of "Hart Jessup" on the long running CBS soap opera Guiding Light.

Phillips began his acting career in 1989 on the now defunct soap opera Another World, where he was both a day player and a series regular.

Although he has yet to regain the star status he had while playing "Hart", Jeff continues to appear in a wide variety of television series and movies.
