After a scalped body is found near a Native American casino, Horatio believes that the owners of the Casino and the County Supervisor may have had some involvement in the murder.

Jeff says one of his best qualities is that he is about to rationalize and think clearly. He also "doesn't leave room for indecision in his life." (edit) Jeff studied acting with Ivana Chubbuck and Milton Katselas. (edit) Throughout his career Jeff has been told he looks like other actors, most notably: Ricky Schroder, River Phoenix, Kevin Bacon, and Grant Aleksander. (edit) Before trying his hand at acting, Jeff worked as the Assistant Superintendent of a school. (edit) Before winning the role of "Matthew Cory" on Another World in early 1998, Jeff was a day player for 5 episodes of the series. (edit)

Jeff: I have the ability to rationalize, to think clearly. I have all my limbs. So many things that you take for granted, I'm aware of. (edit) Jeff: (on becoming an actor) I wanted to know if it was possible to make a living at this, and I decided it was basically impossible. I had one of two options: move to L.A. or go back to New York. I figured New York was the best place to learn how to be an actor. If I wanted to do it right, I felt this is where I had to be. (edit) Jeff: (on his favorite music): I love country. I just dig it. Each song seems to capture a different moment. (edit) Jeff: (on the hardest time in his life) The year after high school, which was filled with indecision and insecurity. It was a tough time. (edit) Jeff: You're pretty much in charge of what happens to you. The only thing I feel is not in my control is the welfare of my friends and family. Feeling like you don't have any control is a real helpless feeling. (edit)
