Episode 2-9

It feels like just yesterday that we met David Smith, Fox's new Joe Millionaire, and his bevy of European ladies, but it's time already for the finale. Paul, with his usual glass of brandy in his hand, tells us that David has narrowed his search to two women: Linda, who "got back in at the end of the race," and Cat, who "survived the entire marathon." David will not only have to choose between the two ladies, but will have to tell one of them that he doesn't really have eighty million dollars. Let's get to it!

This unscripted drama series sends 20 women to a European country for a whirlwind romance with a man whom they think is a dashing millionaire. In reality, however, Joe Millionaire is a blue-collar worker raised in humble surroundings with only limited financial security. When he makes his final choice, he must reveal the truth about his month-long masquerade and his real financial standing to her.

Great show! hide « show »

It is about time someone turned the tables on the women and let the man get the upper hand....by deceiving them! There have been many shows where the woman gets to deceive the man, so this was a breath of fresh air, although in the end, they do split the money.....Reality romances never work anyway, so why not go the dough?!? Joe Millionaire was the first to use the "Slurp, slurp" and other captioning while letting the couple "do what they would"...very innovative! This reality show held everyone's attention, especially when it was discovered that Sarah was a former "porn" star...

Innovative but really crappy. hide « show »

This show is revolutionizing the dating tv shows ever since The Dating Game. They are adding competition in it to make it more interesting and more enticing. What did they come up with, a real piece of garbage. The girls are gorgeous, I'll credit the producers for that. The show was a tease, see how the girls would react if they knew joe really wasn't a millionaire. That's smart, but it still didn't make the show any good. This show is awful, just awful. Who watches this kind of show? I still think that reality shows are evolving to even worse mutations. Their really crappy, including this show.

1 good guy, lots of desperate girls = a pretty interesting show. hide « show »

David is a cowboy living in the outback of America. He is far from rich but manages to convince all of the women that he is a millionaire. Now I have to admit the main thing that got me hooked was the chemistry between Lynda and David. Everyone that was watching had to be shouting at their screens trying to tell David not to fall for Cat. All works out in the end Lynda was the nicest most caring girl in the group, and David chooses her over the dreadful Cat. It also finishes in a really sweet way, Lynda gets money which she says will help her mum.

i wish i could rate it lower hide « show »

this is without a doubt one of the worst of a horrible genre. if it were up to me reality shows would be limited to documentaries. i would rather pound on my forehead with a claw hammer(claw end first) than to ever have to sit through a show this bad ever again. at least it did not last longer.
