Johnny Jacobs was a favorite game show announcer from the late 1950s until his death in 1982. His best known credits are for those shows produced by Chuck Barris, including "The Dating Game," "The Newlywed Game," "Treasure Hunt" and "The Gong Show." He frequently appeared on-camera on "Treasure Hunt" and "The Gong Show" as part of the fun on both shows.
