  • Should step off The View

Before and after she and Whoppi walked off The View, her comments are not funny. She has a hateful way of name calling anyone who does not share her view. We are tired of it and its sad by talking over quests and daily discussions she always has something negative to say. She is counterMore productive. Her HLN show is even worse. Why, does the network and Barbara Walters put up with ii? We think she needs profesional help.

Hey Joy, Please tell former VP Dick Cheney to shut up.Quoted on television that President Obama should have made his decision sooner, I am upset that he doesn't know when to quit advising a president. At least Bush knows when to bow out of the public eye. hide show

I watch the View almost everyday; it is a wonderful mix of the news and events in our world. Joy is a delightful balance of comic and serious perspective. Her new show which runs concurrent with Larry King demonstrates her ability to compete with him and, ultimately, replace him when he retires. She is a quick wit and a pleasant conversationalist. She moves from topic to topic smoothly; between guests pleasantly. I had never heardof Joy before her appearance on the View but I quickly became a fan. Barbra Walters is a genius in her choices of the women on her show.

HBO Rock&Roll special - comments on your show which is a waste of tv time - just happened to tune in - ugh hide show

??? Rock&Roll on HBO - you said they are all old ??? look in the mirror... That was an awesome special - Bruce Springstein with the rest was awesome - His act was unreal - how long can someone his age stay under those bright lights and sing his heart out as long as he did. You could see the sweat dripping off him. The rest of the groups were also great - get your head out of that vat of wine and come up for air. Lucky you have the View - Hang on as long as you can - those standup gigs you do are fading away. You have too much negative things to say about everyone except yourself.

I thank you for the years of discussions that were not only entertaining but educational as well. I'm sorry to say I have to stop watching because I can no longer endure Elisabeth or her force feeding of her one sided political views-keep pushing forward hide show

The View has always been one of my favorite shows because I could always depend on getting all sides of whatever topic was being discussed. It was only in the past couple of years that I started to distance myself from the show when Elisabeth digs in. She has very strong political and personal beliefs and I personally feel she is hurting The View more than being an asset. A well rounded conversation is what we tune in for not a b----ing session where the audience is force fed Elisabeth's belief. If she ever leaves I'll return as a loyal viewer again but for now I've had all I can take. The discussion on mamograms where she was shoveling her belief of this being somehow tied into the new healthcare debate was just enough to push me over the top. Please help pull her into reality........

    Useless, Brainless Nitwit!! hide show

Joy Behar is a useless and brainless nitwit whom in my opinion has no place on television to spew her vile diatribe. I refuse to watch this idiot any further and as of now I am locking out this station on my television and refuse to purchase any product that support this show. Susan Boyle - Joyce you BLEW it hide show

When Whoopee was speaking of the incredible performance by England's Got Talent's Susan Boyle, Joyce started in about how she had to get a makeover, etc. I wanted to reach into the TV and shake her! The whole point Whoopee was trying to make is that we have become a society in which we judge everyone by how they look and shame on us and we need to stop this. Our female children feel that they need plastic surgery and to be a size 2 to be accepted or liked and that is just disgusting. Thank you Whoopee and shame on you Joyce. You ruined one of the nicest stories (it brought tears to my eyes as well Barbara) and a very relevant topic by using your caustic/cynical humor. I do not feel it is a funny subject and just once in a while, can't Joyce just shut her mouth? There are enough depressing and disgusting stories for her to use her mouth. Thank you Whoopee and shame on you Joyce!
