Julio "the ageless wonder" Franco is one of my favorite baseball players. Currently a first baseman for the Atlanta Braves, Julio has played professional baseball since the 70s.

He was the AL batting champion in 1991 and since has become a great veteran leader. After playing in Korea, Japan, and Mexico, Julio has proven that he can still play. In his late 40's, atleast, he is still a valuable player and sets a record as the oldest to do something about once a week.

From that young shortstop in 1978, to a leader on the Atlanta Braves in 2005, with his dedication and work ethic, Julio Franco is the "ageless wonder."
