Suge Knight's bodyguard roughs up a TMZ cameraman; Justin Long wants to know why the TMZ staff writes celebrities' names on glass; Holly Madison has a busy life; and Naveen Andrews searches LAX for a lighter.
His other film credits include Hair High, Robin's Big Date, Dreamland, Idiocracy, and Alvin and the Chipmunks.
(edit)
Playing a computer geek/hacker, Justin's most difficult line in the movie Live Free or Die Hard was "mutating encryption algorithm".
(edit)
Justin grew up in a conservative Catholic family and his parents were strict about the movies they watched.
(edit)
Growing up, Justin wanted to be a professional football player. It was in high school when he realized that with his small frame and inadequate height, his dream wasn't going to materialize.
(edit)
As a child, Justin idolized John Cusack, Matthew Broderick, and Michael J. FOx. It came to a point that he was so obsessed with Fox that he naturally picked up most of his mannerisms and hand gestures.
(edit)
Justin Long: My idea of acting was working in the theater. So I am very grateful for all my jobs. I know that at the moment there is a bit of a window of opportunity for me to make smart choices. I have been very lucky so far and really happy that I have had the chance to work on interesting films, but I still always feel that every job is going to be my last.
(edit)
Justin Long: I knew I could be funny and make people laugh. And at school I was always the class clown. We would often get into fake fights and I could really take a punch and I would hurl my body over chairs and desks, I could throw my body around for some reason and take a lot of pain.
(edit)
Justin Long: I was actually alone in my apartment. I only got half way through it, I couldn't finish it, because reading it, the script was terrifying.
(edit)
Justin Long: Guys like Philip Seymour Hoffman or Sam Rockwell are the guys I look up to and have the kind of career I'd like to emulate.
(edit)
Justin Long: I waited tables for about a year; I was terrible at it, ... The only thing that I could have done to be a worse waiter would be to actually have like peed in front of people, like on them while they were trying to eat. It was at that level.
