Kevin was a big rugby fan, and supported Canterbury. But his favorite team was the All Blacks, and he was superstitious about them, having rituals that he would perform to insure victory, and would never drink in a pub again if his team lost while he was in it!(edit)
Kevin was wearing a fake beard in the Xena episode "The Reckoning", and he couldn't move his face much for fear that it would fall off.(edit)
Kevin was asked about kissing Lucy while her husband was standing there watching, and he said that it was much worse when her baby watching! Kissing her in front of Rob wasn't too bad because Rob was the one who produced and sometimes even wrote and/or directed the show.(edit)
Kevin was injured while filming an episode of Hercules. He had to do a spinning kick, and the dagger medallion he wore whipped around and stabbed him in the corner of his eye in the tear duct. After that his medallions were made of soft plastic or rubber for fight scenes.(edit)
Kevin was interested in drama in high school, and subsequently in 1979 he was in a drama club.(edit)
