Kevin hated the storyline of the "Hercules" episode "Warrior Princess" because he truly believed that no woman could ever come between Hercules and Iolaus.(edit)
He lost twenty pounds of muscles between the end of "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" (1995) and the beginning of "Andromeda" (2000) He has since regained the muscle mass.(edit)
He was runner-up to Dean Cain for the role of Superman on TV's "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993).(edit)
(Fall 1997) Underwent drug therapy for an aneurysm in his left shoulder; complications from the medication forced him to withdraw from a planned role in "Black Dog" (1998). The aneurysm almost killed him, and for a time it left him paralysed on the left side, blind, and deaf. Even after he recovered enough to return to work he could only go for five or six hours, so much more of the sixth season was filmed using his doubles.(edit)
