The episode starts off outside Middleton High School where the sign reads “Home of the Mad Dogs”. We go into the gymnasium where the cheer squad is practicing their new cheer with a new song. They all throw Kim into the air where she lands in a split on top of the human pyramid. Just as the lands, the gym lights mysteriously turn off. Kim and the entire come crashing down onto the floor where they groan in pain. We hear Ron’s voice saying that they need complete silence. A spotlight focuses on him and he begins saying that they are going to witness a historic moment. Bonnie walks over to the light switch and turns all the lights. She remarks to what he says by saying that he is going to get slapped. Ron ignores what she says and reveals that this is all about commemorating the Mad Dog uniform. Since Ron is the new running back, he can no longer be the team’s mascot at the same time. He begins to cry and asks if anyone has any words. We see that everyone except Kim and Bonnie have left the gym. Bonnie, over by the door tells the Mad Dog good riddens. Kim then tries her best to make up something nice about the Mad Dog to cheer up Ron. She says that the Mad Dog was a hit with the crowd, and that he will be missed. Kim turns her attention to Bonnie as Ron thanks her. Kim tells Bonnie that she should be a little more sympathetic. Bonnie trashes the Mad Dog one more time, and tells her that she has an idea for a replacement for Ron.
We now go to the football field where the Tweebs are dressed in mini-Mad Dog suits. They are dancing around the field when Kim, Ron, and Bonnie show up. Kim’s mouth is wide open the entire time in disbelief, and Ron is just as amazed as Kim is, except he shows a sign of jealousy at the same time. Bonnie says that will all of their extra energy, they will be perfect for the job as mascot. Ron then faints onto the field as the opening music starts.
After the opening music, we go to the prison of Doctor Drakken in the middle of the night. We go into a recreation room in cellblock D where prisoners are doing many random things. We see Drakken playing checkers with his cellmate Frugal Lucre. Lucre is rambling on that he saw someone steal an extra pudding at lunch, and the guards didn’t even bust him for it. Drakken tells him to shut up. Drakken starts talking about how it is terrible to have someone as smart as him locked up in a useless prison. While he is talking, he jumps three of Lucre’s checkers. Lucre notices that he might win for the first time. Drakken looks at the board and gets excited that he is finally going to beat him. He goes for the winning move when the prison alarm begins to loudly sound. Then, a big gapping hole comes through the roof of the room. All the prisoners begin to frantically run away. One of them stops by Drakken to inform him that there is a green lady looking for him. He immediately thinks Shego and gets excited that he is finally going to be broken out. Suddenly, he notices that he has yet to make his winning move on the checkers game. He goes for it, but he gets sucked out of his chair by a green beam that comes through the hole in the ceiling. Drakken gets taken somewhere above, and Lucre catches the mid-flight checker and asks if anyone wants to play with him.
We now go to Bueno Nacho where Kim and Ron are sitting next to each other talking about the Tweebs. Kim tells Ron that she is starting to get used to the idea of the Tweebs becoming the new mascots, and supports it. Ron is still in denial, and refuses to admit that they are the best people for the job. He says that they look ridiculous in their two small puppy costumes. While they are countering each other’s points, Wade breaks in and tells them that someone has finally broken Drakken out of prison. Kim finds this annoying as all her villains always break out somehow. He tells them that a green lady broke him out, so they assume it is Shego. Kim asks him to locate her. He tells them that she is making huge deductions on her credit cards. Ron finds this surprising that a villain would have credit cards. Wade also tells him that she has a fairly good credit score. Ron is amazed, but Kim gets them back on subject. She asks where Shego is, and Wade shows them a map of an island in Greece.
We now go to the island that was previously mentioned by Wade. We see the harbor, and then we go up the side of a local mountain side where there is a temple-like building. We hear Ron talking to Kim how it isn’t fair if you break a villain out of prison (Shego), you get to go to a spa, but if you save the world, you can only get a naco and a movie. We see Shego lying on a table with hot rocks on her back with her eyes closed. She overhears Ron talking to Kim, and opens her eyes. Kim sees Ron’s point, but tells him that saving the world has other perks, such as cuter boyfriends. Ron blushes as Kim walks over towards the aware Shego. Still on Ron, we see Kim throw him out of the way of a hot rock being thrown towards him by Shego’s handler. Shego yells at them that she is on vacation and that they better leave. Shego tells her handler to throw another rock at them. Kim and Ron get out of the way in plenty of time. A curious Ron complains that he threw another rock at them while he touches the smoldering rock. He gets burned by it and changes his complaint to the fact that he threw a hot rock at them. He throws another rock at them. Shego decides to get up. She tells “Midas” that is all, and complains to Kim that it is really hard to get time with him. Shego picks up a rock and enhances in with her blasts. Kim grabs a plate and blocks it. We see Ron try to grab a plate for his own protection, but the plates are too high and his jumping is for nothing. Kim throws some facial crème in a bowl and it gets into Shego’s eyes. Shego inadvertently crashes into Kim, sending her into a cart, which catches Ron when he is jumping for another plate. He flies down an open hall and the cart lands in a fountain. Ron gets thrown from it and lands inside a steam room where several old men are relaxing. Back on Shego and Kim, they throw each other into a mud pit where they fight for a minute before exiting. Kim is now on top of Shego, and asking her where Drakken is. She has no idea, and Shego kicks Kim off of her. They exchange words and Kim charges Shego. Back on Ron, he is telling the old men in the steam room about his mascot problems. They get interrupted when Kim and Shego come flying through the door of the steam room. Shego tells them for the last time that she is vacationing. She pours some water on the heating element of the room, which creates steam, and she escapes. Kim and Ron look at each other wondering who it really was who broke Drakken out.
We now go to outer space where there is a mysterious space ship that looks like a gun. We go inside and see a strange ten foot tall being, called Warmonga telling a very frightened Drakken to answer her question. She repeats it for us. She is asking if he is the Great Blue. Drakken tries to calm her down, as she is pointing a gun at him. He has no idea what she is talking about. She tells him that she saw his transmittion. He is puzzled, so she turns on her large television. It goes through several shows and gets to Drakken’s commercial from Rappin’ Drakken. Drakken painfully remembers that plan, but it was the worst one he had ever come up with. She formally introduces herself as Warmonga to him. She tells him of her home planets prophesy of the Great Blue. Drakken wishes her good luck and looks out the window and asks her to drop him off at the nearest town. Warmonga begins to get sad as she has not found the Great Blue. She goes on about if he was the Great Blue, she would pledge her loyalty to him, and give him an infinite supply of advanced weaponry. Drakken thinks about it and decides to lie to her and tell her that he is the Great Blue. She gets happy and runs over to him and picks him up and hugs him to death. She kisses him and he falls to the floor because of the intense hugging. A commercial starts.
After the commercial, we see Jim and Tim perform a summersault in their front yard. As they finish, Ron shows up, acting like a drill sergeant. He welcomes them to Mad Dog Mascot 101. He tells them to full in, but they look at each other confused. They try to ask him a question, but he tells them they don’t have permission to talk. He asks them if they think they have what it takes to be the Middleton Mascot. They tell him that they are going to call themselves the pep puppies. Ron gets irritated over this and immediately tells them no puppies, and that there is only one mad dog, the Mad Dog. They both try to speak, but Ron shoves a dog biscuit into both of their mouths. He says that he will teach them the art of Mad Dog Mascotary. He tells them that they first need to fit his mold. They agree with him, but with a suspicious wink at each other. Ron tells them that he is glad they are on the same page, and that they should get their eyes checked.
We now go to Drakken's old lair, which has now been vacant for six months. We see Warmonga's ship hovering outside the lair. Warmonga is happy that she is finally seeing the legendary lair of the Great Blue. She remarks on how good taste he has. The camera zooms out and we see the entire room has been destroyed perceivably by Shego since the wall has graffiti that says that Shego rocks. Drakken thanks her for telling him that he has good taste, but then he gets bursted by a broken pipe full of water. Warmonga throws him out of the way, and squeezes the pipe shut. We see Drakken, who has made his mold in a wall the was thrown to. Warmonga tells him she can lift an extremely large amount of weight. Just then, the support column she is leaning against gives out from under her and the entire lair begins to collapse. We see a distant view from the outside as the entire thing falls off the cliff and into the sea. Back in what’s left of the lair, Warmonga apologizes and tells him that she can built him a new one. As he cries for his lair, he hears this, but tells her that she cannot throw up a lair in a day. She places a purple box on the ground and it begins to expand dramatically. Drakken remembers the alien technology and gets excited.
We now go to Kim’s front porch where Ron is sitting down bummed about something. Kim opens the door and asks what is wrong with him. Kim sits down next to him, and tries to put her arm around his shoulders. She is stopped when a mysterious yellow force field shows up as a circle around Ron. Kim stands up and yells at the Tweebs, telling them that they cannot put people in containment fields. They turn it off, and tell Kim that Ron was bugging them with the whole mascot coach thing. Kim turns around and asks Ron if he was bugging them. He tells her that they cannot change the past. Kim quickly changes to subject to what Wade dug up on possible suspects for breaking Drakken out of prison. She had Wade search for all green females on Earth. His search came up with Shego, and the spokeswomen for the Asparagus Advisory Council, but they both have perfect alibis. Kim switches the subject back to the mascot problem, and asks him if he is still upset. He says that the pep puppies, which he refers to as trash, needs to be taken out. The Tweebs overhear him and walk off offended. Kim tells Ron that he is taking this whole thing too personally. He tells her that it is personal as the mascot is his legacy.
We now go to Drakken’s lair. Outside, we see Warmonga’s ship tied to the island, and the spot where his lair used to be transformed into a completely odd mess. Inside the new lair, Drakken is all excited over all the new “toys”, and his potential with all of them. He soon realizes that he has no idea what any of the things are, and much less what they do. He turns around and asks Warmonga what everything is exactly. She tells him that everything stocked in the lair is standard taking over a world supplies. She begins to name just a few of the numerous gadgets in the huge room. Drakken thinks that Shego would have never gotten him anything that he now has. Warmonga suddenly realizes that she forgot one thing. She takes out a remote control and presses a button. A huge garbage can type device comes out of the floor. She says it depletes the atmosphere of oxygen. She asks if she has pleased the Great Blue. He goes to respond, but he is cut off by a voice questioning that Drakken is the Great Blue. Shego hops off of a device and walks over to them. She says that she will give Drakken blue, but he is not so great. Shego notices Warmonga towering five feet over her. She says that she must be drinking her milk. Drakken formally introduces Warmonga to Shego, and he tells Warmonga that Shego was his old sidekick who neglected to break him out of prison. Warmonga asks if she two pledged her life to the Great Blue. Shego asks her what planet she is from. Warmonga tells Shego about herself. Shego looks at Drakken like he’s nuts. Drakken tells Warmonga to show Shego the door, so she makes Shego turn herself so she can see the door being shown to her. Drakken tells her that he means send her out the door, so Warmonga throws Shego through the door. Shego crawls back in ready to do battle with Warmonga. She blasts her into a screen, and Warmonga emerges with her fighting sword out. They blast each other a few times until Warmonga throws Shego into the same screen that she went through, only Shego is knocked unconscious. Drakken realizes that with her gadgets and his mind, they are invincible. Warmonga asks him if she should throw Shego out the door, but he says that he wants her to see Kim Possible defeated. A commercial starts.
After the commercials, we go to the Middleton High Stadium where the lights are turning on for a football game. We now see two cheerleaders being thrown up into the air. Now we see Kim running towards the pyramid, and she goes into a split on top of the two girls we just saw. We see the football players exit the locker rooms through a big foaming mad dog head. Ron is the second to exit. Kim spots him and blows him a kiss. He waves back as he passes the Tweebs dressed in the mascot costumes. They are howling like wolves as the passes. He looks back and they are sticking their tongues out at him when he runs into the field goal post. Kim sees this and feels his pain. While Kim is still in the split position, Wade calls her on the Kimmunicator. He says that he got a hit on the site from Drakken. Kim asks if he is on the move, but Wade tells her that he is on the site. He shows her a video meant to lure her into the trap in his lair. He expresses his current hate for Kim because she locked him up in cellblock D. Shego tells him that he is digressing. Drakken tells her that she is only there to watch the end of Kim Possible. After a moment of silence, Shego asks Warmonga if she is going to say anything. She tells her that they don’t mock the Great Blue. Shego tells her that their job as sidekicks is to interrupt them. So to prove this, she yells at Drakken. He has had enough of her and gets back to Kim. Drakken tells her about his oxygen sucking machine and shows her a countdown of T-60:00. Back to Kim, she tells Wade that Drakken must be rusty, because he isn’t even hiding his location. Wade tells her that it is an obvious trap. Kim agrees, but she says that if revenge is what he wants, than that is what he is going to get, and a one-way ticket back to cellblock D. Suddenly, Kim notices that she is still in the split position on top of the pyramid of cheerleaders. Back to Ron, we see him catch the ball and run towards the end zone. However, the crowd is too concerned with the excellent jobs of the Tweebs. Ron looks back at them, but gets tackled by pretty much the entire other team. He calls a time out and walks slowly over to Kim who is on the sidelines. Kim tells him that she has to go stop Drakken. Ron sees that this is extremely rude to interrupt the football game. She says that she can handle it without him. He is sort of surprised by this, and tells her that it just isn’t the same without her cheering him on. Kim tells him that he still has the pep puppies, but Ron is disgusted by her even saying that. She tells him that he is only jealous because they are actually really good. She tells him that he has moved up in the ranks and he is now on the field instead of off of it. Kim tells him that he should be happy. They move in for a kiss on the lips, but Wade inconveniently shows up in person to stop them before their lips touch. He shows Kim a suitcase and opens it. She pulls out the supersuit. Ron is surprised and says that he must have fixed it. He says that he not only fixed it, but improved it. He walks over to the suit and presses a button, and the suit turns invisible. Kim finds this “sweet”.
We now go to Drakken’s lair where he is looking at the countdown clock which is at T-10:00 now. He is wondering where she is because he wants his victory. Shego, who is handcuffed and foot cuffed says there is no way he can handle Kim without her. Drakken says that somebody’s jealous. Shego yells at him that she is just sticking around to see Kim defeat him. Drakken walks over to her and tells her that Kim will not win because she would not be prepared for their secret weapon, Warmonga. Just then, he hears Kim’s voice, and we see her appear behind Drakken. She asks what the secret weapon is exactly. He is amazed on how she did that, but she gives no explanation. Coming up behind Kim is the giant Warmonga. Kim turns around in astonishment. She figures out that Shego really didn’t break Drakken out. Drakken formally introduces Warmonga to Kim. Warmonga flings Kim across the room and next to Shego. She asks her if Warmonga is an alien, and Shego says yes. Kim asks her why she isn’t on vacation. Pointing to her cuffs, she tells her that she is not really on the clock. While they are talking, Warmonga shoots a blast from a gun that narrowly avoids Kim and Shego. Kim jumps on top of some device to get away from Warmonga. Warmonga tells Kim that she must either surrender to Drakken, or face her wrath. Kim catches one of Warmonga’s blasts with the hand feature of her suit and flings it into Warmonga, which sends her into a screen. When Warmonga emerges, she is angry and is out for revenge on Kim. Drakken sees Warmonga’s rage and says too bad to Kim. Warmonga figures out that Kim is the one who imprisoned Drakken. She takes out her fighting sword and yells her name as the runs towards Kim. She comes at Kim with all force. Kim manages to trip her, and protect herself in a force field. Warmonga adjusts something on her sword and breaks through Kim’s force field. Kim gets hit by the sword and falls to the ground. Shego gets jealous and does not want Warmonga to beat Kim, so she melts her cuffs and blasts Warmonga across the room. Drakken asks her what she is doing. She tells her that it is her job to fight Kim Possible, not some newcomer. Kim awakes while Shego and Warmonga are occupied with each other behind her. She notices the countdown clock only has twenty seconds on it. Shego continues to insult Warmonga as the fight, and Warmonga eventually throws Shego again all the way up to the roof.
We now go to Ron who is playing for the winning touchdown with only ten seconds left on the clock. He sees how well the Tweebs are doing as the mascots and stops for a few seconds. The Tweebs frantically point towards three opposing players coming after him. He runs into the end zone and they win the game. Everyone comes to congratulate Ron, but everything gets put on hold when Wade tells Ron that he just got a call from the Kimmunicator, but it wasn’t Kim who called. Ron gets a worried look in his eye.
Back to the raging battle in Drakken’s lair, Warmonga picks up her dropped fighting sword. She walks up behind Kim as is about to strike her final blow. Kim uses the battlesuit’s new invisible power to go undetected. Warmonga is surprised by this and just starts swinging her sword everywhere. Kim sneaks up behind her and takes the sword from her. She hits Warmonga with it, and she goes flying into a space vehicle, which explodes when she hits it. She switches her attention to Drakken who is putting on a gas mask because the clock just hit zero. The machine starts quickly sucking oxygen into it. Warmonga remerges in front of Kim. Kim uses Warmonga’s sword to pole vault over her and Kim throws the sword into the machine, deactivating it. The shockwave makes the lair constructed from a simple cube to contract into that. Drakken desperately watches as all that is left is a little cube on the ground. Drakken does his traditional “You think your all that” comment. Drakken realizes that he still has his loyal alien. As he finishes speaking, a screen next to Warmonga turns on. It is Tim disguised as a blue bear. He tells her that he is the Great Blue and to meet him on Pluto. She realizes that Drakken lied to her about him being the Great Blue. She throws him several hundred feet over the lair and he goes off screen to an unknown location. Warmonga stomps off and Kim watches as Warmonga takes off in her ship. The screen comes back on and Ron and the Tweebs are on it. She asks them how they knew. We hear Shego say to Kim if she lost something. We see the Kimmunicator fly back into Kim’s hands. Kim asks why she helped her, and she said that Kim is hers to fight with, and no one else’s.
We now go to the football field where the Tweebs are running around in circles with their costumes on. Ron walks up to them and they take off the heads. Ron tells them that he is getting used to the pep puppies, and hands them his beloved mouth foam. Kim walks up behind Ron and holds his dangling hand. She says that she could go for a date. Ron suggests a naco and a movie, and Kim happily agrees as they walk off into the sunset.
For the closing credits scene, we see Motor Ed in Lucre’s old bed in the prison, and Lucre in Drakken’s old bed. Motor Ed is going on and on about nothing. Finally, Lucre has had enough and tells him to shut up, and that he is just going on about something that no one really cares about, all while he is completely oblivious to the fact that he usually does the exact same to Drakken. End of the episode.
