Roselyn Sanchez did not appeared in this episode, also no credit for her. (edit)
Premiered in Germany on Super RTL on July 22, 2007 as episode #8 from season 2 with the title "Das Ende eines Traums" (what means "end of a dream") (edit)
The basic plot of the weird record producer with a gun fetish who is involved with a murder is similar to Phil Spector and his recent legal troubles. (edit)
This episode finished in 4th place for the 10 PM Saturday timeslot. (edit)

Quotes

add »
Friday: (looking at photos on the wall at Hellman's) Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Stone Gossard...
McCarron: You know those guys?
Friday: They're signed. (edit)

Trivia

add »
Turning on close captioning during the Hellman interrogation where is offers likely suspects who would want to frame him, he talks about how his daughter turned out the way she did. In the captions was the following "At least it beats the alternative" Smith:What's that? "Turning her into me."
The captioning attributed the off camera response to Smith and not McCarron who actually spoke that line. (edit)
