Miriam Schiller (previously in "Night of Thrombeldinbar") is credited as "Nurse" but it's not clear why. She has no speaking role, and is only seen briefly in a medium-distance shot under heavy make-up.
(edit)
Stefan Arngrim gets a really unflattering closeup as the episode cuts away from the opening teaser to the opening credits.
(edit)
Penned as a social commentary on the Vietnam war.
(edit)
Cited by actor Gary Conway (Steve Burton) as his favorite episode.

(manipulating a giant-sized toy soldier)
Fitzhugh: If I had a few million like you on Earth, I could be Napoleon. I can dream, can't I? (edit) Steve: That's one thing they insist at flight school. If you take a plane up you're supposed to know how to land it. (edit)
Fitzhugh: If I had a few million like you on Earth, I could be Napoleon. I can dream, can't I? (edit) Steve: That's one thing they insist at flight school. If you take a plane up you're supposed to know how to land it. (edit)
It is unlikely that a young child would electrify a fence to hold (what he believes are) toys captive.
(edit)
It is highly unlikely that a miniature (to the giants, anyway) toy plane would have working controls in the cockpit.
(edit)
We never really see when the kid sees the ship and finds out its location.
(edit)
What happened to the laser drill they had earlier in the season? It would have been useful for cutting through the fence.
(edit)
The cockpit view as the plane travels in wide circles and goes through a number of acrobatic gyrations never shows any houses or buildings, despite the fact there seems to be lots of stuff nearby (see various Within walking distance observations).
