  • After nabbing one of the Dumb and Dumber brothers, his friends mill around the casino looking for him. Then we see Danny proposing to Mary late in the evening. After a commercial, we have Mary talking to friends over breakfast in the blazing sun, then back to security where the new guy lost the two suspects, but backtrack to find then leave the building into sunshine. This implies, the two spent well over eight hours milling around the casino before departing, which in itself would go too far for suspicious behavior. edit »
  • Danny checks into a room at Treasure Island. As the camera spins around then focuses on one window, it zooms in on Danny sitting on a chair. The big windows at Treasure Island are actually shared by four rooms on two floors, not by just a single room. edit »
  • Part of the con the three bad guys try to claim, is that they went to the wrong Las Vegas, but just what would the odds be that if you mistakenly went to the wrong Las Vegas, and your friend realized this, that he could drive into Vegas and find you especially when none of them had real identification. edit »
  • When Big Ed enters Danny's room, you are presented a view of the strip facing northeast, with the Stardust, and Stratosphere, when Big Ed enters the bedroom, the view faces southwest with the Paris and MGM in view. The shot entering into the hotel window establishes that his room was toward the middle of the hotel, and therefore could only have windows facing the same direction on the strip, not opposite. edit »

  • Bryan Callen's character's name, Marcus Dixon, is exactly the same name of Carl Lumbly's character on Alias, which James Lesure (Mike) guest-starred on as a CIA agent. edit »
  • The Hotel room at the end of the episode is the same room that is used just before the end of episode 3 when Danny and Mike and are posing as CIA agents to Ben Tolliver edit »
  • Ed: You need some sleep.
Danny: I told you that I don't sleep anymore.
    Ed: Why?
Danny: Because there's nobody left to watch my back. They're all dead. (Shudders) Every single one of them. edit »
  • Mike: Well, when am I gonna get to hit a bad guy? edit »
  • Delinda: Mary, she filled Mystique with coffins.
Mary: Good. You finally got 'em out of my ballroom.
Sam: You, I like. (Walks away)
Delinda: We are not through, missy. edit »
  • Ed: It is completely abnormal for grown men to paint smiles and frowns on their faces with bright colors.
Delinda: You know, Daddy, one would've thought that the CIA might have diagnosed your coulrophobia and done something about it.
Sam: (laughs) Okay. So...you have a little problem with clowns, big guy?
    (Delinda and Sam laugh)
    Ed: Shut up.
(Delinda and Sam stop laughing) edit »
  • Ed: What are the chances of three non-existent guys showing up at my casino at the same time?
    Mike: Not real good.
Ed: Not real good. edit »
  • The song "Leaving New York" by R.E.M. played at the end of this episode when Danny was in the hotel room with Ed. The episode title is "Have You Ever Seen The Rain" which is also the title of an R.E.M. song. edit »
  • When Leo hauls one of the "dumb & dumber" brothers to the security monitoring center, he says "Wow, this is just like the bridge on the Starship Enterprise". This is of course a reference to the Star Trek scifi series. It is also the exact same thing said in the Street Hawk pilot when Jesse enters the command center for the first time. edit »
