Misbegotten

The opening scene of the episode was filmed in the lobby of 1 State Street Plaza, NY NY (Whitehall Street between Pearl and State Streets). The security desk was moved from its usual position to the center of the lobby, and what is shown as a freight elevator is actually a double door to a presently vacant commercial/retail space. (edit)
