Vince Foster served as Deputy White House Counsel during Bill Clinton's presidency. In 1993, he was found dead in a Washington park. He died from a gunshot wound to the head. His death was ruled a suicide by the coroner and Special Prosecutors Robert Fiske and Kenneth Starr, but conspiracy theorists have accused the Clintons of killing him to prevent him from talking about Whitewater and other Clinton-related scandals. edit »
