Cradle of Fear
- movie Description
Cradle of Fear is a 2000 horror anthology film revolving around four interlocking stories involving a serial killer and hypnotist, Kemper (David McKewan), now locked up in a mental asylum in London. From his cell he orders his assistant, The Man (Dani Firth), to exact revenge on those involved in his incarceration. The first is a woman (Emily Bouffante) who, after a heavy night of partying, finds she has a terrible and bloody price to pay that can't be fixed with a morning-after pill. The second follows a pair of women, Emma (Emma Rice) and Sophie (Rebecca Eden), who decide to steal some money from an old man next door. The third is about a amputee (Louie Brownsell) who finds an unusual way to replace his missing limb and the last story involves the son of Detective Nielson (Edmund Dehn), the man facing the pile of bodies left in Kemper's wake. Neilson's son, Richard (Stuart Laing), is a customer with an Internet snuff site where users get to remotely kill their victims. Cradle of Fear is written and directed by Alex Chandon.moreless
