  • Tango & Cash features Los Angeles narcotics detectives Lt. Raymond Tango and Lt. Gabriel Cash. Though the two have been successful in stemming the flow of illegal drugs into the city, they've made their share of enemies in the process, including ruthless drug lord Yves Perret. Perret hatches a plan to rid himself of the pesky duo that keep cutting into his profits. He frames the detectives for a murder they didn't commit. Facing a mountain of evidence, they take a deal that sends them to a minimum security prison for 18 months. Perret isn't done with the detectives, though, and has arranged to make their prison stint as tortuous as possible. Tango and Cash must find a way out of prison and back to the streets if they hope to clear their names and save their lives.moreless
