(Spoiler alert: We're tracking Chicago chef Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo on Bravo TV's "Top Chef Masters," so look away if you haven't watched yet.)

Quickfire: It's the final Quickfire, host Kelly Choi tells the remaining four chefs, which has to be a relief since Rick confesses that they dread them the most. "They're the scariest of all of the challenges." Why? Probably because they have so little control over the outcome. They cannot rely upon the dishes they have honed over the years, and instead must pull out skills that in some cases have gone rusty. In this one, though, the blindfold taste test, they've either got it or they don't.
