Hear the Stars of 30 Rock Discuss Their Worst Live-Show Snafus

The cast of 30 Rock is trying something ambitious this Thursday: The show is relocating from its Long Island-based set to the hallowed Studio 8H in Manhattan's actual 30 Rockefeller building for a one-time-only live episode. (Well, two, as they'll be doing both East Coast and West Coast renditions.) NBC held a press conference at 30 Rock on Tuesday so Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Jack McBrayer, and Jane Krakowski could chat about this harrowing experience. While eavesdropping on their interviews with other reporters, I learned that they hadn't even started rehearsing, Tracy Morgan is the wild card of the bunch, and that plenty of surprise guests are set to make an appearance—though they wouldn't name names just yet. To, uh, boost their confidence, I thought it'd be fun to ask the cast to share their most memorable live-show moments. Here are the results.

Tina Fey (Liz Lemon)

Fey has an extensive history with The Second City, both on its native stages and in its touring company. She had two tales:

Jane Krakowski (Jenna Maroney) and Jack McBrayer (Kenneth Parcell)

McBrayer and Krakowski walked down the "red carpet" together, and were very playful with one another:

Tracy Morgan (Tracy Jordan)

I caught Morgan at the very end of the event, but he didn't have much to add (come to think of it, he might not even have really understood the question):

Oh, man, that freaked me out. It's like somebody started playing half a dozen episodes of 30 Rock in my ear at the same time. It sounds like a very cool crowded restaurant in my empty room.

All the cips don't play at the same time for me, and if not, one just presses pause.lol. n e ways. This show is hilarious and entertaining. unfortunately a Baldwin is in the series, but he does a decent enough job for it not to be too bothering.
