The Big Bang Theory dominated Thursday with its biggest audience ever.

The comedy drew 20.1 million viewers and a 5.6 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic to post its largest viewership for a regularly scheduled episode and an 11-month high in the demo. That boosted the rest of CBS' lineup, with The Millers (13.6 million, 3.3) matching its series high.
