Report: Two and a Half Men Is Oh-So-Close to Season 10

Two and a Half Men fans, you can breathe again! It looks like the snags in getting a tenth season going have finally been cleared up. According to Deadline Hollywood, stars Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer, and Angus T. Jones (Half-man! Half-man! Half-man! I will put a Game of Thrones joke anywhere...) are just a signature away from a one-year deal with the CBS comedy.

The biggest news here is the inclusion of Kutcher, who replaced Charlie Sheen on a trial basis last season. His future with the show was always up in the air, but Season 9 performed well enough without Sheen to inspire both Kutcher and CBS to work something out. Kutcher will earn around $700,000 per episode, Cryer just shy of that, and Jones will rake in $300,000 an ep. You still make a lot less.

Now all CBS has to do is work out a deal with Warner Bros TV to continue airing the show, which shouldn't be difficult. It's still unclear whether Season 10 will be the show's last.

I'm so glad there's going to be a season 10! Wouldn't it be cool if there was a season 11?

The 10th Season will be a major pain unless they can finish season 9 in an interesting way. The whole theme of the show has changes since Charlie Sheen left... So the storyline has to be invented and made interesting.

I think the next season should be the last because though it survived this season, I don't think it can take much more. Since Charlie Sheen left, the viewers have become nasty. I want this show to have a series finale and not get cancelled on a cliffhanger like some other shows have. I HATE when a show ends like that. They need to end the show while the chance to still exists.

Plus Jake is basically a man now....more or less and once he turns 18, Alan no longer has to pay child support.

I think this show has pretty much run it's course and is just about at the end of the road. I thought season 7 was going to be the last because it seemed like Charlie was ready to settle down with Chelsea and they were so close to getting married. They should've ended while they were ahead, but they decided to go on another season when Charlie Sheen ruined everything with his horrible behavior and got fired, putting the show on hiatus. I know Charlie's trying to change himself for the better but apparently too late to save his job on the show.

Wow amazing that idiot kid is going to make $300k an ep. He isn't even in half the eps any more. And the ones he is in its only for 5 minutes or less. lol

How easy it would be to end this farce. Invest these energies into something else/better.

I love Ashton and I used to love Two and a half Men, but this show seriously isn't funny anymore. It's not any of the actors' fault, it's just the writing. You can have the funniest actors, but if the jokes are crappy it's just not gonna be funny. Period.

    More Jake, less Alan.
