It's Wednesday night -- and Bear Grylls is back!

Here are Wednesday's key new episodes:
Wipeout (9 p.m., ABC)
America's Got Talent (9 p.m., NBC)
Dark Blue (10 p.m., TNT)
Michael and Michael Have Issues (10:30 p.m., COMEDY)

Also on the airwaves ...

Seinfeld (7:30 p.m., TBS): Junior Mints hold a special place in the hearts (and stomachs) of Seinfeld fans thanks to this unforgettable episode, which also contains the famous Dolores debacle.

Man vs. Wild (Season premiere, 9 p.m., DSC): Season 4 of Man vs. Wild is upon us -- and Bear Grylls is already living dangerously. In the first episode, he'll hunt reindeer and face a frozen waterfall in the Arctic Circle. Eat your heart out, Jack Bauer.

Leverage (9 p.m., TNT): This week, the Leverage team fakes a scandalous government cover-up to induce paranoia and catch a slanderous tabloid newscaster in the act. We're hoping that the newscaster resembles a certain FOX News pundit ...

Criss Angel: Mindfreak (Season premiere, 10 p.m., A&E;): What's better than kicking off the fifth season of your freak-tastic show by being shackled and buried alive in ice and snow? According to Criss Angel, nothing.

Top Chef Masters (10 p.m., BRAVO): This week, the four remaining chefs must cook a meal while blindfolded, then cater an event without touching the food. This sounds almost too good to be true -- and too entertaining to pass up!

writergirl06: It was disclosed that he often did not actually survive on just the things they show on tv. He would stay in hotels, get food, water and other assistance. That is why they have the disclaimer at the begining of the episodes now.

And how was he proven to be a sham?
