Riot
Guests Jason Alexander and Cheryl Hines sing, dance, perform in sketches, and debate whether it’s more difficult to portray Larry David’s TV alter ego or his TV wife.

Extreme Weight Loss
A teenage baseball player from Oklahoma City and a hairstylist from Colorado Springs are the subjects in the season premiere, though one of them will decide not to see the program through.


9pm, History
The World Wars
Part two of the miniseries, “A Rising Threat,” focuses on the interwar period, including how the aftermath of World War I paved the way for another global conflict just two decades later.

The doyen of geek culture hosts this weekly talk show covering stories from the worlds of science-fiction and fantasy entertainment.

Playing House
Maggie is wary of Zach’s online courtship in “Bosephus and the Catfish.” Offline, Emma does Bruce a surprising solid.

Fargo
“Who Shaves the Barber?” welcomes FBI agents Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele to town as they pursue Malvo, who’s busy pursuing answers of his own. Meanwhile, Molly and Gus regroup after a teensy-weensy setback in their investigation.

Awkward.
Jenna fixes up Matty and Eva in “After Hours,” even as she comes to grips with her own lingering attachments to her ex.

Faking It
Amy agrees to be le troisième in Liam and Karma’s ménage in “Three to Tango.”


10:30pm, Comedy Central
Inside Amy Schumer
In “Raise a Glass,” Amy commemorates three of life’s milestones: wedding, funeral, and execution. Presumably not all at the same time, unless the priest is offering one hell of a weird package deal.
