What to watch on Wednesday, March 26...

8pm, The CW
Huntress and Canary go talon to talon in “Birds of Prey” when Helena reacts to her father’s arrest by taking hostages at a courthouse—including Laurel.

8pm, ABC Family
Melissa & Joey
Mel and Joe’s stint as “Chaperones” at Ryder’s school dance is short-lived when the grown-ups prove even more rambunctious than the kids. As for Ryder, he’s considering breaking things off with Stella until their mutual effort tending to Isabel changes his mind.

8pm, ABC
The Middle
“The Walk” sends Frankie and Mike on a stroll around the neighborhood, where they discover they’re much more personable as a pair than separately. Elsewhere, Sue’s reluctance to break hearts leaves her with an overbooked prom schedule, and Axl helps Brick with a book report (yes, I double checked that, it’s not the other way around).

8:30pm, ABC
Tessa consults George for guidance as Lisa prepares to pop the question to Malik in “Catch and Release.” George is in a relationship quandary of his own when he fears Nora may be less than respectful to her employees.

Not much has yet been revealed about “The Break-Up,” the capper to eight seasons of seaside mystery-solving and zany chicanery. Oh sure, the team has its murder-of-the-week to investigate, but what about the climactic personal drama? The life-changing decisions?! The heartbreak and triumph?!? Perhaps those details are only available to the fans dedicated enough to have cultivated actual psychic powers during the show’s run. After the finale, stay tuned for the live aftershow at 10pm as the cast and crew remember favorite moments.

9pm, The CW
The 100
A search party sets out to retrieve the apparently alive Jasper in “Earth Skills.” On the ark, Abby ropes Raven into helping her slap together an escape pod so she can abscond to terra firma.

9pm, ABC
Modern Family
“Las Vegas” is the adults’ destination after Jay finagles fancy accommodations. But upon arrival, he learns of even higher-tier hospitality and is determined to upgrade. The rest of the clan deals with their own bugbears: Phil seeks a way into a secret society of magicians, Claire tries to recoup long-ago gambling losses, Cam sneaks away to a friend’s bachelor party, and Gloria maneuvers to make sure Jay’s dog stays single.

10pm, ABC
Oh man. Does the press release for “Your Wild Life’s Gonna Get You Down” really contain the phrase “a moody teenager who has a big social media following”? Yes. Yes it does. He’s Luke’s son, who Rayna’s daughters meet on tour, and the Dawn Summers Annoying Teen Character Meter is preparing to hit levels not seen since mid-Season 2 of Homeland. I can’t even get through the rest of this logline, folks. Let’s just move on.

Duck Dynasty
Ahead of her surgery in “Stand by Mia,” the Robertsons organize a family reunion. Robertsons are expected to come from far and wide, including distant relations like the uncle who fronted The Band and the third-cousin who works at the Daily Bugle.

10pm, FX
The Americans
In “The Deal,” Philip and Elizabeth’s new handler arrives as they try to contain the fallout from their last operation. Elsewhere, Stan hunts for the vanished scientist and Nina is caught in a jam as Arkady and Oleg debate their next move.

10pm, FXX
After hoodlums abscond with Billy’s wheelchair in “Checkmate,” Jim and Steve step up to reclaim it.

10pm & 10:30pm, HBO
Doll & Em
While serving as an extra at 10pm, Doll upstages Em during a tearful scene and later befriends John Cusack. Then at 10:30pm, Doll’s foot injury forces her and Em to flip roles, and on the set, Doll disrupts a scene with Chloë Sevigny.

Hot in Cleveland
“Stayin’ Alive” is, fittingly, a live episode in which Elka clues Victoria into Emmet’s possible whereabouts post-prison-break. Naturally, his new digs are populated with fellow ne’er-do-wells and nogoodniks.

SEASON 3 PREMIERE, 10:30pm, TV Land
The Soul Man
“All the Way Live” is also, as the title suggests, working without a net to start the season. Boyce arranges a benefit concert to save the church summer camp from getting eighty-sixed.

SEASON 1 FINALE, 10:30pm, Comedy Central
Broad City
“The Last Supper” celebrates Abbi’s birthday at a ritzy restaurant, where she comes to grips with her true, uncouth self and Ilana pays the price for ordering a ridiculously robust repast. And hey, their good friend (and executive producer) Amy Poehler may just stop by.
