When Joe gets into a hit-and-run car crash with Mel’s favorite hairdresser (Yvette Nicole Brown) in “I’ll Cut You,” Mel’s loyalties are divided. At school, Ryder tries to woo Stella back with a huge romantic gesture in her chem class, and long story short, Mel now owes the school a roof, several desks, and a new chemistry teacher.
Dallas returns home to Dixie after her mom passes away in “The Ballad of Piggy Duckworth,” and she brings Tessa along for the ride. Back in Chatswin, George, Fred, and Noah venture out on a triple blind date that takes a troubling turn for Fred.
In “Blood Relations,” Adrienne Barbeau and Tobin Bell are among the members of two feuding West Virginia clans whose longtime hostilities may be responsible for a pair of deaths.
9pm, The CW
A wounded Jasper is in dire need of antibiotics in “Earth Kills,” and it’s up to Clarke, Wells, and Finn to see if maybe a Duane Reade has somehow survived in the post-apocalypse. In other resource-scrounging business, Bellamy’s crew gains a precious new member as they scour for food.
“A Hard Jay’s Night” gathers the family for a peaceful, uneventful dinner at Jay’s hou—nope, wait, Mitch is starting a ruckus over Cam’s wedding cake plans, Claire and the kids turn the pre-dinner preparations into a maelstrom of bickering, and Phil and Gloria are waylaid at the salon. That sounds more like it.
Law & Order: SVU
In “Downloaded Child,” Benson comes to the aid of a single mother who’s arrested after leaving her daughter unattended for days. The sergeant suspects that the woman's own deep-seated fears may have motivated her actions.

Hot in Cleveland
Word of Melanie’s pregnancy knocks Alec for a loop in “Surprise,” while Joy realizes that she’s become a man-magnet. Meanwhile, Emmet’s disappearance encourages the FBI to send their top man (Thomas Lennon) to keep tabs on the ladies.
Halstead is deep in the pudding when Lonnie Rodiger turns up dead in “At Least It’s Justice.” Elsewhere, Sumner has an opportunity to step up, and firefighters Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Mills (Charlie Barnett) stop by just in time to discover the remains of a doctor who had aided many a police investigation.
A teen starts shooting up a police station in “The Fallen,” and Russell becomes one of the hostages. Then the kid probably starts Snapchatting the whole thing to his Vine-agram or whatever the heck it is youths get into these days.
Rayna tries to get out in front of the story when Maddie’s news stirs up a flurry of press attention in “Crazy.” In lower-profile developments, Juliette seeks Charlie’s help with her disappointing tour sales, while Scarlett welcomes her visiting mother.
Philip and Elizabeth’s hunt for Andrew Laric intensifies in “Behind the Red Door,” as does the danger he poses to their family. Elsewhere, Stan fears for Nina’s safety in the wake of Oleg’s confrontation, and Sandinista operative Lucia helps Elizabeth infiltrate the Capitol.

Doll & Em
As the film’s production nears the end, Em dons old-age makeup that gives her a dispiriting preview of the grim specter of aging and death. Meanwhile, Doll fields a job offer from Andy Garcia, but she has a different career path in mind. Then in the season finale, Doll and Em find themselves both back in London and hoping to get their friendship back on track.
