What to watch on Monday, November 12...

SEASON 5 PREMIERE, 7:30pm, Cartoon Network
Adventure Time
Pendleton Ward's trippy animated fever dream returns tonight with a two-part, half-hour season premiere that picks up where the Season 4 finale left off. In “Finn the Human” and “Jake the Dog,” Finn and Jake chase the Lich through a portal that leads them to a wishmaster named Prismo, and the Ice King’s crown makes Finn more and more powerful.

8pm, NBC
The Voice
The end is nigh! With just 12 contestants left out of the original 64, competition is getting fierce during the live rounds. If nothing else, aren’t you at least a little bit curious about what Christina Aguilera will put in her head this week?

8pm, ABC
Dancing With the Stars: All Stars
One by one, the teams are being eliminated. Bristol Palin and Joey Fatone are gone, but Kirstie Alley and Apolo Anton Ohno are still kickin’... literally. Tonight's performances will honor Veteran's Day.

8pm, Hallmark
Thomas Kinkade's Christmas Cottage
For a cheesy Christmas flick, this one has a pretty impressive cast: Marcia Gay Harden, Peter O’Toole, and Jared Padalecki’s L’Oreal commercial hair.

10pm, NBC
It’s like a train wreck that you just can’t look away from. In “Ties that Bind,” Momma Nora must choose between her family or keeping a promise. Sounds intense (but it probably won’t be).

SEASON 2 FINALE, 10pm, Sundance
The Mortified Sessions
This week's guests Kristin Bauer (True Blood) and Matt Walsh (Veep) will sit down with host David Nadelberg to reflect on their chosen career paths, being the black sheep in their families—apparently Bauer used to use her mom's checkbook to buy weed—and coping with life through comedy. What I really want to know is, what kind of pot dealer accepts checks?
