What to watch on Monday, January 27...

7pm, Cartoon Network
Adventure Time
In “Rattleballs,” Finn meets an old gumball robot who trains him in swordsmanship and quipping at crummy movies. Then in “Jake’s Suit,” the armorer becomes the armored when Jake and Finn swap places.

8pm, Cartoon Network
Steven Universe
It’s felines wild as Steven makes the acquaintance of a king of the jungle in “Steven’s Lion,” and then encounters a shapeshifting cat who teaches him a few tricks in “Cat Fingers.”

8pm, The CW
Hart of Dixie
“One More Last Chance” finds Lavon pulling out all the stops to get BlueBell recognized as a historic town. Meanwhile, Zoe and Joel consider their housing options, Wade meets Vivian's hard-to-please son, and Lynly’s trust in George continues to wane.

8pm, ABC Family
Switched at Birth
Daphne’s goal of bonding with Sharee is made no easier after the Carlton newbie lands in hot water. Elsewhere in “Fountain,” Bay helps Teresa prepare for a high-profile showing, and Regina’s business endeavor steers her between a rock and a hard place.

NEW TIME, 8pm, Syfy
Elena and Clay team up to take down the alpha Mutt in “Trespass,” but will it lead to further teaming up, if you get my drift?

8pm, CBS
How I Met Your Mother
“How Your Mother Met Me,” the series’ 200th episode, follows the path trod by Ted’s future better half over the last eight years. Get ready for some narrative gymnastics as the show ties together its mythology’s many feints, misdirects, and near-misses in just under 22 minutes.

8pm & 9pm, NBC
Hollywood Game Night
Thanks to “How I Met Your Buzzer,” Cobie Smulders will be occupying two-fifths of network television's airspace for the first half-hour of primetime, here joined by hubby Taran Killam. Their fellow contestants are Henry Winkler, Angie Harmon, Mayim Bialik, and Mark Feuerstein, none of whom, to my knowledge, are married to one another. Then “We’ll Need to See Your ID” brings in Nate Berkus, Erika Christensen, Michelle Trachtenberg, Mel B., Padma Lakshmi, and Michael Weatherly for the gaming fun.

The Following
The subway slaughter and a cryptic phone call reignite Ryan’s obsession with his old adversary in “For Joe.” Speaking of ol’ Mr. Carroll, what’s he been up to besides not pushing up any daisies after all? Let’s find out. (Note: A repeat of the Season 2 premiere airs immediately before, at 8pm.)

9pm, CBS
Mike & Molly
A spat with Joyce leaves Mike and Molly seeking other accommodations, and as the title “Weekend at Peggy’s” suggests, they wind up crashing with Mike’s mother—in the bedroom he grew up in, no less.

9pm, Syfy
Being Human
A new vampire-in-chief throws a monkey wrench (monkey stake?) into Aidan’s life in “Lil’ Smokie.” Meanwhile, Sally’s newfound powers lead her down a spooky road, and Josh struggles to adapt to his new state of being.

9pm, ABC Family
The Fosters
Callie and Brandon strive to stay together despite Stef and Lena’s best efforts. Elsewhere in “Things Unsaid,” a jealous Kelsey lashes out at Mariana, and Lena is unnerved by Stef returning to work and by Jesus taking part in a wrestling team hazing ritual.

9:30pm, Comedy Central
South Park
In “God God Go I & XII,” Cartman tackles time travel in hopes of obtaining a much anticipated game console—but he winds up in a distant future ravaged by war and otters.

NEW TIME, 10pm, Syfy
Lost Girl
Bo encounters a secluded family and must rescue it from a malevolent force in “Lovers. Apart.” Dyson and Clio hurry to lend a hand, but will they arrive in time?

10pm, NBC
The Blacklist
When the team catches wind of a rash of babynappings, “The Cypress Agency” and its CEO (Campbell Scott) are likely suspects. As they dig into the illicit adoption organization, Liz weighs the notion of bringing an adoptee into her own life.

10pm, FX
Pam drags the gang into a mess of trouble in “Archer Vice: A Debt of Honor,” and it seems that ruthless Yakuza boss Mr. Moto (George Takei) is prominently involved. It’s once again up to Archer to save everybody’s bacon in his usual deft and efficient way.

10:30pm, Cartoon Network
Rick and Morty
A young lady has caught Morty’s eye in “Rick Potion No. 9.” Who better than a mad scientist grandpa to offer a bit of courtship assistance?
