What to Watch Tonight: NCIS, Justified, and the Season 4 Finale of White Collar

What to watch on Tuesday, March 5...

8pm, CBS
In “Prime Suspect,” Gibbs’ barber fears his son will be wrongfully implicated in a high-profile case, and needs help clearing the kid’s name. Y’know, it’s times like this a fella thanks his lucky stars that he has the lead of a crime procedural as a regular client.

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
Spencer has vanished in “Will the Circle be Unbroken?,” and not even her family knows where to find her. Can Aria, Emily, and Hanna track her down? Could “A” be responsible for her disappearance? Might a cameo by Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin hold the key to the entire mystery?

9pm, NBC
Go On
“Double Down” finds Ryan resuming his gambling habit to assuage the pain of splitting with Simone, prompting Lauren to intervene lest he jet off to exotic Monte Carlo to match wits against the infamous Le Chiffre at the baccarat table. Elsewhere, Anne is taken with a comely yet airheaded bookstore clerk.

10pm, ABC
Body of Proof
A girl’s death appears to be the result of child abuse in “Lost Souls,” but her parents insist she fell victim to none other than The Devil—and that their other daughter is in similarly Satanic danger. Assuming that story checks out (and I can’t possibly see why it wouldn’t), I guess Megan and Tommy can just farm this case out to the Winchesters and move on to other business, yeah?

10pm, FX
Another week, another blasé FX episode summary. Like this one for “The Hatchet Tour,” which says that “Raylan goes dynamite fishing,” and that Boyd has unfinished business to—hold the phone. Did that say DYNAMITE FISHING? Okay, FX Episode Summary Writer, you win this round. All is forgiven! Dynamite fishing!

10pm, TBS
Cougar Town
Chick returns to the cul-de-sac to recuperate from an injury at Jules’ house, but their father-daughter communication remains as reluctant as ever. Meanwhile in “Make It Better,” Grayson and Bobby give Travis a crash course in courting the ladies.

SEASON 3 FINALE, 10pm, Spike
Joe Schmo: The Full Bounty
A jam-packed season finale finds Chase fulfilling his bounty hunter destiny, discovering a secret his wife has been keeping, and setting out on a spiritual journey. Will he find truth/inner solace/a hardened criminal on the lam?

White Collar
The race is on to recover the evidence box ensconced within the Empire State Building as “In The Wind” brings the fourth season to a close. Can Neal and Peter outfox the villainous Sen. Pratt (guest-star Titus Welliver) and his phalanx of feds? Is Neal’s father hiding one more skeleton in his closet? Will Neal’s tie clip be nudged even a millimeter askew during the entire fracas? We know the answer to at least one of these questions.

– Colin Farrell, Jenna Elfman, and Frightened Rabbit on Conan, 11pm, TBS
– Jillian Michaels and guest host Ross Matthews on Chelsea Lately, 11pm, E!
– Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, 11pm, Comedy Central
– James Franco on The Colbert Report, 11:30pm, Comedy Central
– Zach Braff, Lauren Cohan, and the Foo Fighters with Rick Springfield, John Fogerty, Rick Neilson, and Chris Novoselic on Jimmy Kimmel Live, 11:35pm, ABC
– Larry King and Abby Cornish on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, 12:37am, CBS
