What to watch on Monday, February 10...

7pm, Cartoon Network
Adventure Time
Flame King busts out of the hoosegow and seizes control of the Fire Kingdom in “The Red Throne,” prompting Flame Princess to summon Finn’s heroic aid. Finn faces challenges of a different sort in “Go With Me,” as Jake and Marceline counsel him on wooing Princess Bubblegum.

8pm, CNBC
The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show
Opening night of the 138th annual pooch parade kicks off from Madison Square Garden. First to take the stage are the hound, toy, non-sporting, and herding groups, followed in later rounds by the superhero sidekicks, mystery-solving Great Danes, and '80s beer commercial pitch-terriers.

8pm, ABC Family
Switched at Birth
With Kathryn in New York to meet Renzo’s editor friend in “Have You Really the Courage?”, John has an awkward exchange with Toby’s mother-in-law. Back home, Sharee’s home life concerns Daphne, and Tank’s affection troubles Bay.

8pm, The CW
Hart of Dixie
Parent problems a-plenty populate “Act Naturally,” as Wade frets about introducing Vivian to his dad while Zoe’s birthday party is knocked sideways by a visit from her mom (JoBeth Williams). Meanwhile, the Belles surprise AnnaBeth with an intriguing offer, and George vows to prove that Scooter McGreevy’s reform is pure hokum.

8pm, Fox
Almost Human
When two genetically enhanced children die simultaneously, Kennex and Dorian suspect a designer drug is to blame. Elsewhere in “Perception,” agonizing flashbacks drive Kennex to consult the Recollectionist.

9pm, Fox
The Following
“Family Affair” finds Ryan and Max attempting to stay ahead of the FBI, and since the cops on this show can usually be fooled by the “pretend to throw the ball in a game of fetch but actually palm it” trick, that shouldn’t be too hard. In Murderville, Joe—helpful chap that he is—comes to the aid of a wayward follower.

9pm, ABC Family
The Fosters
In “Padre,” Callie returns to la Casa de Foster but confronts harsh memories in the process. Meanwhile, a revelation about Lena throws Stef for a loop, Jesus grows closer to his teammate Emma, and the shooting investigation turns up new information that unsettles Mike.

9pm, Syfy
Being Human
Josh and Nora throw their lupine friends a baby shower in “Pack It Up, Pack It In,” which, naturally, is guaranteed to go exactly like this. In less festive developments, Sally takes her new power out for a spin while Kenny and Aidan drown their sorrows in booze.

10pm, Syfy
Lost Girl
“Let the Dark Times Roll” sends Bo & Co. to a Dark Fae shindig where the guest list is even sketchier than your average MRA chapter meeting.

10pm, MTV
Teen Wolf
Riddle me this, fur-brains: When is an ab on Teen Wolf not a welcome sight? When it’s an abduction—specifically of young Stiles in “Riddled”! Can your Canine Crusader rescue the Boy Blunder from this ingenious deathtrap in time?

10pm, PBS
Independent Lens
Spies of Mississippi examines the Mississippi State Sovereignty Commission, a clandestine agency that arose to enforce white supremacy in the state during the 1950s and 1960s through espionage and terrorism. Civil rights activists, journalists, and legislators are among those interviewed.
