  • Hyde is the lead singer of the Japanese pop music group, L'Arc~en~Ciel. In 2001, he launched his solo music career with the singles "evergreen" and "Angel's Tale". His first album, Roentgen, is mellow compared to his L'arc~en~Ciel days, and features some songs sung entirely in English. Hyde's second album is titled 666. His solo album sales alone have totalled over half a million and his singles sales have totalled over a million. Hyde has also done some acting in some Japanese movies.
